Our Founders
Mark and Sam are both psychologists who have built a business that spans sectors, industries and geographies. As business psychologists, we apply our insights to help businesses address the barriers that hinder effective people performance.
Samantha Ward C.Psychol AFBPsS
Samantha is a Chartered Occupational and Coaching Psychologist specialising in executive assessment, development and coaching. She has worked with clients internationally across sectors, whether on an individual basis or as part of wider-scale programmes. Experienced in the design and delivery of executive assessment and development programmes and an accredited psychometric test user, she supports businesses to make informed people decisions.
With a background in counselling and psychotherapy, she can also work at a deeper level to support individuals to develop confidence, flexibility, emotional resilience and balance.
Mark Hopkins MSc AFBPsS
Mark Hopkins has significant experience working internationally across sectors consulting, diagnosing, designing, delivering and implementing large-scale organisation-wide solutions. His special area of interest is in conducting Supplier Behavioural Assessments, helping organisations select the right strategic suppliers on multi £bn programmes.
He also supports client-supplier teams to collaborate and deliver effectively post-contract award. Through his work, he supports suppliers to enhance client relationships on large-scale infrastructure programmes. His work in conducting independent client reviews provides invaluable insight into driving business value.
