Axon Business Psychologists help to enhance working relationships, team effectiveness and collaboration both within and across teams and organisations (including client-supplier relationships) in £multi-billion programmes. This can be through bespoke behavioural assessments, coaching and team effectiveness sessions and surveys. We help teams work more closely and support different organisations to work together more effectively.

Behavioural Assessments

(of suppliers, internal teams or both)

Design and deliver bespoke behavioural assessments for:

Clients assessing suppliers as part of a procurement process
Organisations preparing for a tender process
Organisations understanding current behaviours of individuals and teams

This includes (but not limited to):

Behavioural Workshops – looking at how individuals and teams work together through a number of interactive exercises.

Behavioural Interviews – looking at how teams work together, organisational culture, values and fit through in-depth behavioural analysis

Supplier Visits – comprehensive visits to understand a suppliers’ culture, values and ways of working.

Behavioural Coaching

Coaching to improve working relationships and team or individual effectiveness. Can be on the back of a behavioural assessment or in response to feedback from others. Can be either individual 1-2-1 sessions or team sessions.

Team Effectiveness Sessions

For teams within the same or different organisations that need to work together (incl. client–supplier relationships), we help teams work together more effectively and agree actions to enhance working relationships, team effectiveness and collaboration. Typically bespoke solutions including surveys, interviews and team sessions with audience participation technology.

Team Behaviour and Effectiveness Surveys

We develop and deliver regular bespoke surveys looking at team behaviour and effectiveness. Bespoke reports developed and team survey sessions can be held to help teams discuss results and action plan.
